Thai Massage Certification Course

Our Thai massage certification course establishes the foundation of a professional Thai Massage practice. The concept of meridians/ energy lines (Sen), acupressure points are all introduced. Our course covers theoretical and practical aspects, showing students the techniques and perspective of traditional Thai massage. In this course, you will learn:

stretching and massaging movement
acupressure points over the body
Thai meridian lines
proper use of body weight and body posture during massage
techniques using thumbs, palms, elbow, knee and feet
Additional emphasis is on abdominal (Hara) breathwork.

A course designed for athletes

Exercise is the basic of everyday life. Professional athletes suffer from physical and muscle fatigue and soreness for a long time in the end of the day. The best way to treat pain is to understand the body.

In this massage course, the instructor will share with the students the importance of acupressure points and pressure application, so that the students can more effectively relieve body pain for teammates or individuals.

Compared to aromatic oil massage, Thai massage provides very effective and long-lasting soothing for muscles and myofascial. Long working hours in the office, heavy office duties and poor posture can easily lead to body aches. Our teacher will demonstrate to students how to use stretching and massage methods to relax the muscle fatigue caused by bad habits for office workers and improve the quality of sleep.

Certification upon passing the test

After completing the course, we will arrange for qualified students a certificate issued by our headquarter in Thailand (a course certificate recognised by the Ministry of Education of the Thai Government). The students can use the certificate to search for a career path in the future, or provide massage for family and friends. Improve living standards. After completing each course, students will be able to perform an effective Thai massage for 2-2.5 hours.

Thai Yoga Rusie Dutton

Traditional Thai Yoga before starting the class to warm up the body.

Intro to Thai Massage

Introduce the practical aspects such as stretches, acupressure points, use of body weight and techniques.

Energy Lines

Introduce inner leg and outer leg, the meridian lines (energy lines) and reflexology.

Stretching & Massage

Massage techniques and sequence. Additional emphasis is placed on deep-focused abdominal (Hara) work during stretch and massage.

Practice

Practices carried out in pair. Therapist incorporates breathing techniques along with acupressure points.

Examination

In the end of the course the examination would be carried out by massaging the instructor. Certification will be issued and shipped directly from Thailand.
